Interesting article: don't think you will see me selling my treadmill desk setup or my sit/stand desk anytime soon despite what this article says. See More

Tim Beattie replied to Amy's discussion Inexpensive Alternative to TreadDesk Treadmill
"So after three years of regular use, my Confidence treadmill has just expired beyond any hope of repair, and I figured I’d share what I’ve learned from the experience.  First of all, I think it’s best not to remove the handles…"

"I got a fit bit a while back. Yes it is good to track exercise and since more than half my walking is off the treadmill it is nice to know. I put the thing in my pocket while walking since it won't record if I have it on my wrist that I rest on…"

TreadDesk Update - Tread dead after 2 years

My Treaddesk Tread started making loud buzzing noises last September just a month outside of the 2-year warranty expired.

To say that they have improved the health of those that use them would be quite the understatement. Not only has everyone that uses them lost weight, they…

Office walker walking towards health

2 years now. 1,820 miles in my office. The tread is still good. I put a calendar reminder once per month to vacuum around and under the hood. I lubricate the tread belt from time to time.

My body weight has been very stable (some fluctuation). My vacation was spent hiking in England 60-70 miles…
