I've been walking and working for 2 weeks now! I've found that I don't really like to walk too slow so I end up hitting my mileage goals in around 1.5 hours each day (walking 2-3mph). So I'm not sure how much it counts that I'm walking and working but I'm sure I'll increase the time as the weeks go by. I'd like to work up to 5 miles per day. I'm at 3.75 miles per day this week for my goal.
How is everyone else doing? What are your average daily miles or hours?
