I've been walking and working for 2 weeks now! I've found that I don't really like to walk too slow so I end up hitting my mileage goals in around 1.5 hours each day (walking 2-3mph). So I'm not sure how much it counts that I'm walking and working but I'm sure I'll increase the time as the weeks go by. I'd like to work up to 5 miles per day. I'm at 3.75 miles per day this week for my goal.

How is everyone else doing? What are your average daily miles or hours?

Way to go KellyAnn!

I'll figure out my average at the end of the month. My range is 2 - 12 miles, most days are 8-10. But so far I'm only able to do 2 or 3 days per week, due to travel. I'm out of town all this week and 1/2 of next, with appointments when I'm back. So I hope to get outside and do some good walks while I'm away.
