Hello All: I'm a new member. I designed a custom table that hooks over my treadmill controls. I used cardboard to make the forms and had Tap Plastics cut and assemble. The cost was $60. The ergonomics are not great...but I think they are as good as the sofa I was sitting on! I've logged 4 miles in my first day at 1.7MPH. I'm wondering if anyone can share their recent weight loss updates.
When I first got started, regardless of occasional speed changes, it boiled down to about a pound a week. That was an average, though (I can't say if I lost 2 lbs one week and half a pound another, I kept my weigh-ins minimal so I wouldn't obsess). I weighed myself after 6 weeks and had lost 6 lbs at that point. I have not lost any weight since then, but I'm not a good case study (b/c I'm going to have a baby). I haven't gained much, either, though, and I think that's saying something (because at only 8 weeks along, little baby is already greatly affecting my appetite).
Hi, I am new too and I am willing to share my results. I weighted in two and a half weeks ago and weighted myself today and I have lost 15 lbs. I am really starting to feel great about myself and my wife seemed pleased with it. So far so good.
