New---Need Advice

Hi, all! I'm am so psyched about finding this forum! Anyway, I'd like to be able to buy a freestanding desk (i.e., not attached to the treadmill) that I can use with my HP slimline desktop and my Landice 8700 treadmill. I was contemplating building my own, but I'm not that savvy at do-it-yourself projects, and my husband would totally NOT be on board for this because he'd think it is ridiculous. My dilemma is that I don't have a lot of money to spend on this.

I found something called the AirDesk computer stand for desktops, but on their web site they don't mention that the desktop stand is for use with a treadmill (and they do have a device for laptops and the treadmill), so I'm not sure if that would work (I've E-mailed the company).

Does anyone know of any freestanding device that would work with a desktop that isn't too expensive?
