Welcome to Office Walkers!
You've certainly had more than your fair share of accidents. You must feel like Chalie Brown trying to kick the football )!
It's pretty easy and affordable to put together a treadmill desk…"
I am trying to recover from a vehicke accident, the 10th one I've been in ~ 7 of which I was a passenger and none of them were the drivers fault, myself included, and am really struggling with this one as I was thrown on to the floor of a bus so no seatbelt or anything to absorb any of the force of impact, other than me.
Anyway, I have a stand up desk, which is better than sitting but I'm finding I seize up with that as well so I want to try an office treadmill but can't afford one from lifespan.
I just found this forum and I will be looking into the Confidence, my only concern is the beeping I've read about as I work in an office with small cubicles and can't disturb others.
I am not electronically inclined so any help with this would be greatly appreciated if I buy this unit.
