Frank Harper posted a photoI'm walking 6-12 km/day, and it is great. Interestingly I think the increased blood circulation helps reduce the minor pain I sometimes feel in my hands after too much typing.
But I've also noticed that my lower back hurts after a long treadmill session. I don't think I have the same pain when I walk the same distance outside. My guess is that I'm so concentrated on what I'm doing that my core muscles relax more on the treadmill than when I'm walking outside.
