Hi - I'm just starting out with this. The videos I've seen of Dr. Levine show him walking in men's dress shoes. And the Good Morning America clip I saw had the women doing it in high heel shoes! This can't possibly be good for you when you're walking all day long. Today, I just changed into sneakers, but they really downgrade the professionality of my look! (I'm female.) - I'm a way-too-sedentary priest in the Episcopal church. I used to be pretty physically comfortable until I got out of seminary (where I was quite active) and took this job. I've gained lots of weight. I get out of breath taking the dog for a walk. For five years now I've been trying to "find time" to work out, and it just hasn't worked. I'm very excited about this because I think it's a great solution for me.
