Last week marked my second full week of walking on my TrekDesk (w/ Treadclimber). I am already 5 lbs down (holy crap!) and very happy. I feel sooo much better. I haven't sat since I got this thing (other than in meetings) and my energy is incredible, my focus is sharp, and my mood is great. Why did I not know about this before??
