How much time to you sit in front of your computer? If the answer is 6 - 10 hours a day. Then think about what would happen if for those 6 - 10 you were walking? If you watch your caloric intake and walk for 6 hours a day, you'll lose weight! I didn't need to lose that much weight - I still need to lose probably about 8 pounds - but I've lost a few for sure but the feeling is great when you can walk every day and still get work done. Do it!
Thanks, Dan. You're right. I don't like all the time that I spend sitting while working on my computer. Before I invest a lot of money in a treadmill, desk, shelves, etc, though, I was hoping for some motivational stories about weight loss.
