I work at home as a chat advisor doing tech support. After sitting for 10 hours a day at my desk for over a year, I found myself feeling old and losing mobility. AND I had gained 15 pounds. I started with a sit-stand UP Desk, but was still not feeling it. After doing a DIY Treadmill Desk build, I don't think I can ever go back to sitting all day
