Long term use of "tread-desk" tread?

Hello.I wonder if we have some members who have had their tread for a long time and what their experience with the tread is? Perhaps some tips? I am eagerly waiting for my tread to ship.Cheers!OlaContinue

Lost weight

So now, almost 8 months on the treadmill at work. I gained 4 lb! I know it is because I get hungry from all walking. I now started to keep track of my food and snack intake by using "myfitnesspal". After only 2 weeks I have lost almost 3 lb.I am not over-weight, but I don't mind loosing the belly fat. I don't need that fat for anything.I always thought it would be so hard to keep track of calories, but with smartphone apps it really isn't. I track both exercise and calories.I can now have…See More

About Me:
Being fit and healthy is very important for me. I love watching the view from 13000-14000 feet
I have been walking since January 2012 and gained 4 lb :-) I can't stop eating now. I am still normal BMI so I am not worried.

Alternate shoes (feet get very warm by walking all day)

Vacuum around the tread weekly and under engine cover monthly
