Its been almost 5 months of treadmill desk trekking for me and I can say that I have never walked so much in my life :P
I was inspired to get off my butt not because I am over weight but because sitting down for 8-12hrs a day just didn't feel right at the end of the day, even when the gym/running was involved.
I have always had really annoying soreness in my knees from in-activeness and my legs always seemed to go numb or get pins and needles.

Well, let's just say that it's a potentially overzealous (but needed) response to the obvious physical results of some slacking, and an overabundance of chocolate in the office candy dish, haha....but there will be no long walks for me, today :( I have a coworker out, so I have to sit at the window today and part of tomorrow! :(
