Working @ 100 Calories Per Hour
I'm walking 6-12 km/day, and it is great. Interestingly I think the increased blood circulation helps reduce the minor pain I sometimes feel in my hands after too much typing.
But I've also noticed that my lower back hurts after a long treadmill session. I don't think I have the same pain when I walk the same distance outside. My guess is that I'm so concentrated on what I'm doing that my core muscles relax more on the treadmill than when I'm walking outside.
I am really interested in purchasing a Signature Sit2Stand. The only review I find online is negative. I was wondering if anyone has bought a Sit2Stand. Also, if you have any other Signature product, I would love your candid review.
I was busy the last month. I mean like really busy long working hours 'n weekends 'n stuff. So sorry for the lack of updates.
What happened was that my left foot started aching really bad last week for that was too much barefoot walking on the treadmill.
Projects are done now and i visited my doctor.
She was really curious because i emailed her the picture of my walking desk beforehand and she was really curious about the training effect it might have.
