Anyone have an opinion?
I've just started using my treadmill desk! I'm so excited that I also started a diary where I keep track of the experience. Like the nerd that I am, I'm also keeping track of my blood pressure, weight, BMI, heart beats per minute, etc... and graphing it all as I go! Hopefully it'll turn into an interesting graph over time!

I have been working at my treadmill desk by Treaddesk since the begining of the year and wanted to pass along my thoughts.
Walking while working was much easier to get used to than I thought it would be. By the end of my first day, I was very comfortable and at times forgot that I was even walking.
