I've just started using my treadmill desk! I'm so excited that I also started a diary where I keep track of the experience. Like the nerd that I am, I'm also keeping track of my blood pressure, weight, BMI, heart beats per minute, etc... and graphing it all as I go! Hopefully it'll turn into an interesting graph over time!

There you go, my place, and it feels so gooooOOOOOOoooood already.

As an answer to prayer, I received a promotion at work which will allow me to work from home three days a week. This is encouraging, as it will give me the ability to use my treadmill desk for a more substantial piece of the day.
