There are no birthdays today
So now, almost 8 months on the treadmill at work. I gained 4 lb! I know it is because I get hungry from all walking. I now started to keep track of my food and snack intake by using "myfitnesspal". After only 2 weeks I have lost almost 3 lb.
I am not over-weight, but I don't mind loosing the belly fat. I don't need that fat for anything.

I am thinking that this is really a great thing to get some exercise while working. But.. this isn't cardio exercise per. se. I don't sweat and my heart isn't going very hard.
Do you more experienced office walkers have any tips on how to get some cardio exercise in your week? I understand that one can be quite tired after a whole day of working on the tread mill and perhaps then skip the more "sweaty" exercise.
