Comment by Bill Rush on January 7, 2012 at 2:21pm Thanks for all the kind comments. Just got my cholesterol checked and I have dropped total from 300 to 210. My triglycerides dropped by 50%. This is the first time I remember a doctor saying the lipid panel is "very good".
After the treadmill, the next most important thing you need to buy is a good wok. Stir-fry has become my friend. There is no getting around the need for dramatic changes is how most of us eat. Blessings in all of your journeys! Bill
