So now, almost 8 months on the treadmill at work. I gained 4 lb! I know it is because I get hungry from all walking. I now started to keep track of my food and snack intake by using "myfitnesspal". After only 2 weeks I have lost almost 3 lb.

I am not over-weight, but I don't mind loosing the belly fat. I don't need that fat for anything.

I always thought it would be so hard to keep track of calories, but with smartphone apps it really isn't. I track both exercise and calories.

I can now have dessert with good conscience after half an hour at the wood pile.

I love myfitnesspal too.  I've tried all the calorie tracking apps and this is the best.
