So, we set up everything. I'm pretty happy.

We tried to fit the desk in a way that still allowed the treadmill to be set up with the arms, but the desk was too big. So we hung the control panel on the wall and removed the arms which gives me plenty of room to walk.

When I first had the stand up desk, my fee were extremely sore from just standing. It appears that the walking takes care of this problem by not allowing too much pressure on the same parts of the foot.

I also got some MBTs to help with support.

Currently at 1 MPH, but will get up to 1.5.

Hi there,
nice to hear all is going well for you :P
I also find it hard to just stand still at the computer without parts of my body starting to complain.
However I'm finding that even with my new pair of Asics Gel Virage 3 that I am still getting sore balls of my feet from a lot of constant walking...
So now I'm think that the more natural rolling movement of the MBTs may be the answer to a more smooth walking motion so my body weight is more evenly distributed on my feet...
is this what its doing for you Chris ?
Would you rate them as being extremely more comfortable to say normal jogger type shoes for long hours of walking?
Thanks for your tips, i'm still trying to find the ultimate setup.

The MBTs have a ton of padding and the one's I've owned before has made me stop using any other shoe. I've noticed Sketchers now have a knock off of the MBT for a lot less money. But I can't vouch for how well they work.
